New Higher Performance Rotary Heat Exchangers for the Same Price

We have recently increased our range of Rotary Heat Exchangers to give a much wider range of performance characteristics without compromising the high standard and robustness of our heat exchanger design. This has been done to give engineering consultants a greater choice in their selection for any particular project. No other commercially available heat exchanger can match this high performance. We have introduced our Series 426 higher thermal performance heat exchangers. This is simply done by reducing the gap between the 100mm wide Mylar film in the heat exchanger matrix to increase thermal surface area. The markedly higher thermal efficiency is however accompanied by a correspondingly higher airflow pressure drop as a result of the smaller spacing between Mylar layers. The pressure drop is however still within manageable values. |

We also continue to make our existing Series 436 heat exchangers. Another new series Series 430 falling between the above two can also be supplied if required. THERE WILL NOT BE A PRICE INCREASE FOR OUR HIGHER PERFORMANCE SERIES HEAT EXCHANGERS. OUR SERIES 426 HEAT EXCHANGERS WILL BE OFFERED AT THE SAME LOW PRICE. The matrix is also corrosion resistant and does not collect dust like most other forms of heat exchanger surfaces. The reversal in flow some 18 times a minute as a result of the rotation motion as well as the short 100mm length of the heat exchanger ensures that dust and air born particles do not collect. |
